Service

Service and supplies are from a local office and within 24 hours of your request. Our average response time is 3.48 hours which is based on the number of calls received on a quarterly basis and the response time to each and every call. We pride ourselves on our Customer Care Programme, which involves regular contact with all our customers from our Service Support Team.

Digital Office Solutions arrange preventative maintenance schedules to suit individual customer requirements. These are based upon machine specifications i.e., size of machine and volumes of copies achieved. Loan machines are available if a photocopying system is out of action for 24 hours. Replacement systems will be the same or higher specification.

Customer orientated to the core, our people go further to ensure you not only get the right product for your needs but you also get the very best out of our equipment right through its working life. All our engineers are fully trained on digital, analogue and colour products to a very high standard.

When you buy a copier from D.O.S. we guarantee that the copy quality remains consistent throughout the life of the machine. We achieve this by servicing the equipment at given Service Intervals and only using recommended parts and consumables.
