Our average response time is 3.48 hours which is based on the number of calls received on a quarterly basis and the response time to each and every call. We pride ourselves on our Customer Care Programme, which involves regular contact with all our customers from our Service Support Team.
Digital Office Solutions arrange preventative maintenance schedules to suit individual customer requirements. These are based upon machine specifications i.e., size of machine and volumes of copies achieved. Loan machines are available if a photocopying system is out of action for 24 hours. Replacement systems will be the same or higher specification.
